Agreement
By using dscrloansoklahoma.com (the “Site”), you agree to these terms. The Site is operated by Loan Daddy LLC, doing business as DSCR Loans Oklahoma. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
Broker services only
Loan Daddy LLC is a mortgage broker, not a lender. We arrange and shop financing from wholesale lenders and investors. We do not make credit decisions, and we do not provide loan funds. All loans are subject to underwriting and lender/investor approval, and terms are subject to change.
Business-purpose loans only
We only arrange business-purpose loans for non-owner-occupied investment property. The Site and our services are not intended for loans for personal, family or household use, or for property you or your family will occupy.
No offer or commitment
Nothing on the Site is an offer to lend, a commitment to lend, a rate quote or a guarantee of any loan terms or approval. Submitting a form does not create a loan application with any lender.
Educational content and calculators
Guides, examples and calculators are for general education. They are not legal, tax, accounting or financial advice. Calculator results depend entirely on the numbers you enter and may differ from how a lender calculates figures. Consult qualified professionals about your situation.
Your responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information, to use the Site lawfully, and not to interfere with its operation, submit spam or automated requests, or attempt to access systems without permission.
Communications
If you check the consent box on our forms, you agree to be contacted by Loan Daddy LLC about your request by email, phone or text. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of texts. See our privacy policy.
Intellectual property
The DSCR Loans Oklahoma name, logo, design and content are owned by Loan Daddy LLC. You may share links to the Site, but you may not copy or republish substantial content without written permission.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The Site is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Loan Daddy LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site means you accept the changes.
