Who we are
DSCR Loans Oklahoma is a brand of Loan Daddy LLC, a licensed mortgage broker. In this policy, “we,” “us” and “our” mean Loan Daddy LLC doing business as DSCR Loans Oklahoma.
Information we collect
- Information you give us: when you submit a form, we collect details such as your name, email, phone number, property state, property type, loan purpose, estimated property value, loan amount, occupancy and any message you write.
- Marketing attribution: how you found us, such as campaign tags in the link you clicked (UTM parameters), advertising click identifiers, the first page you visited and the referring website.
- Technical information: standard data your browser sends, such as IP address, device and browser type, used for security, fraud prevention and to understand site performance.
The DSCR calculator runs entirely in your browser. The numbers you type into it are not sent to us.
